Phumulani Ntuli

Born in 1986, currently reading a Master in Fine Art-Public Sphere in Switzerland. Ntuli holds BTech in Visual Arts from the University of Johannesburg and a National Diploma in Visual Arts with the same university. Ntuli’s work focuses on the representation of marginalized, identities and communities in the contested environment, located within the public and private domain, Ntuli works with performance, installation, digital printing and sculpture. He has participated in numerous group exhibitions including: Maxx project space-Switzerland, OpenLab 2014; Aardkloop Clover in 2011; 20 years of Democracy_Appalaich State University ; GoetheonMain project space-Johannesburg. Infecting the City-Cape Town In 2011 he received an award for the CIT:Y festival competition for Visual Arts category.
